We are delighted to ship orders anywhere on the planet!


SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide to home addresses, businesses, and P.O. Boxes.  Please make sure that your “Ship to Address” accepts local mail deliveries, and that all shipping information is present and correct.

We process orders often on the same day of placement or up to 2 days after, and any order & shipping confirmations will be sent via email. For estimated shipping costs, please look at our Shipping Cost and Product Weight Tables. Note that this is an estimated cost, and international orders are subject to local customs fees. For a definitive cost, the shipping total will appear at checkout.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery, with these items in new, mint condition and unused.  Shipping fees are non-refundable, customers will incur the shipping expenses for returning or exchanging items. Most refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

If a product arrives damaged, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Defective products must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Take photos immediately upon noticing the damage or defect, which may include the packaging if that too is damaged. Please email us if either of these instances occur, and include your  name, order number, description of the issue, photos, and phone number. Any damaged or defective products will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge once the original is returned.

CUSTOM ORDERING & WHOLESALE

We do offer discounted prices for wholesale and bulk orders to select organizations, farms, markets, and stores, and are happy to support your fundraising and awareness-building programs. 

Additionally, we have the capability to provide custom printing of images, logos, and designs on certain bags that can be used for advertising or promotional purposes. If you have an inquiry about bulk or custom ordering, please contact us directly for further information.

PACKAGING

We do not use any plastic or single use packaging that is typically utilized for retail purposes as an effort to reduce the amount of waste going into landfill or recycling. All orders are pulled from bulk stock and placed directly into minimal shipping packaging. We also encourage you to reuse and repurpose any of the minimal packaging you receive to prolong the item’s lifespan.

Your order will be packaged in a manila paper envelope or light cardboard envelopes & boxes from the USPS, which are made of recycled materials.  For orders requiring larger shipping containers, any boxes used are recycled and repurposed. 

We never use or include any plastic envelopes, bags, bubble wrap, or air pillows with orders.  Any tape used is either paper based tape or biodegradable cellophane tape made from plants, not plastic.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and PayPal at checkout.  

We are required by state law to collect and pay California Sales Tax on all retail purchases shipped to a California address, this will be reflected at checkout for California addresses only.

International orders are subject to local customs fees.
