This silicone proofing basket is just what you need for at-home bread baking! It allows your breads to retain their round shape during their final proof, with the added benefit of perforated holes for even air circulation. Then when you’re ready to bake, just invert the basket and proofed dough onto your desired baking surface, remove the basket, slash the dough, and you’re ready to go! While the silicone is non-stick, we’d recommend still dusting the interior with flour or lining the basket with a towel for easy removal and transfer of proofed dough.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash in hot soapy water, rinse, and dry. For the dishwasher, place basket in the upper rack, making sure that they don't fall and touch the bottom drying element when it is hot.
TO AVOID DAMAGING PROOFING BASKET:
Do not cut in basket with sharp objects (knives, forks, etc.)
Do not put in direct contact with hot surfaces (open flames, heating elements, etc.)
Do not wash with harsh detergents or abrasive sponges
